Hey so rmb that 2 dec we will have to perform at cck cc.mr low will fill us with more details further later.and please rmb to bring the consent form for 13nov concert by next mon where we meet 830 at Ava room.rmb to bring sleeping bag and your own utensils-plate,spoon,fork,cup.
And eat breakfast before you come yeah.but I personally think you should not eat mac breakfast.lasttime I ate before choir practice..and I felt so
uncomfortable.then before I could get to the toilet,I vomitted at the corridor.so embarassing! Lol~of cos that was me.bless that it will never happen to you.
and hope mrs ching get well soon while let's welcome the new tcher in charge :)

THE INAUGURAL CHORAL ELITE CONCERT

It is featuring voices from Victoria Chorale, The Vocal Consort and Victoria Junior College Choir.
They will be directed by Mr Nelson Kwei,
who is five times winner of “Best Choral Conductor” award in prestigious international choral festivals.

It will be a grand total of 100 minutes, including 20 minutes of intermission

The Vocal Consort -- a semi-professional chamber choir -- has been actively involved in numerous national cultural events. In addition, The Vocal Consort marks its place in the international choral scene being the only Singapore choir that was accepted into the Superior Choral Society in Europe.

Victoria Chorale is one of the Singapore’s most famous youth choirs, with an extensive repertoire, and has just concluded a successful invitational concert tour to South Korea, with a broadcasted performance at the Seoul Art Centre.

The Victoria Junior College Choir is ranked as one of the top choirs in the world, consistently achieving the ‘Gold with Honours’ awards in the biennial SYF Choral Competition, while achieving international acclaim by clinching the top awards in all the choral competitions they have participated in for the past 20 years.

Just to confirm something with all of you:
You should have received the very recent consent form
on the 2nd musical performance at the esplanade. It is titled as
'SSO CONCERT'. if you do have it please inform wendy krystal or Mrlow.

next choir camp will be approaching soon..further details will be
noted via blog or choir practice so do look out for the exciting choircamp
in CCKSS! The commitees will be discussing with you guys anyway. the sec threes
will be very much anticipating towards it ...its gonna be the sec 3s last choir camp:(

NEXT, FAMILY DAY CARNIVAL.if you guys have
any ideas on what to sell-food, drinks or games, pkease just a note
to any of the commitees.(; it will be a great experience for the sec ones
as it is their first time attending this carnival.

ALSO, remember about the 2days before 2010 concert, which is on 30th december.
those who have not hand in ur money or consent forms, please do so.

It'll be smth like a gathering , you know catch up with each other that sort of stuff and also a performance(maybe), well for the camp. a little post to start off the day after the examinations.
The examinations are officially over and we are
looking forward to the next choir session with everyone.
Though Mr william Lim and our fellow seniors had left us,

Hey choir! Today's practice was okay... REMINDER: 1 week to SYF!!!! Train hard! Take care of yourselves! I am sure we can achieve good results.

It will be Mr Lim's last SYF with CCKS choir... Sad thing... It is also the last SYF for the 'o9 and 'o8 batch. So we work hard okay? Get good result for ourselves and for the school.

Today, there was this Mr Lee, a professional choral conductor, who came to observe the choir. He gave some positive comments on choir, very positive. I won't tell what they are now :) Well, Mr Low invited him not just to observe choir, but... (I won't reveal yet) XD

This would be the first time the Sec1 will see the choir in action, and we HAVE to impress them with our *ahem* beautiful voices. :) We need to attract them to join choir, at the same time show off ourselves. So, remember Monday 7.15am! ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY!

Next, I am serious with the NYAA booklets and the $5 that you have owed like since when... I want to collect all the $5 at least... if I do not get it, I won't hesitate to make you stay back... HEHEHEH!!! This is a blog seen by anyone, so I won't preach you here, wait till Wednesday... watch out!
